- Standard t-hangar - $277.39 per month, including $12.19 share of PG&E
- Medium end hangar - $310.02 per month including $13.62 share of PG&E
- Large end hangar - $379.24 per month including $16.68 share of PG&E
- Large end hangar with office - $424.24 per month including $18.64 share of PG&E
- Tie Downs - $32 per month for standard and $52 for multi-engine
- Transient Overnight Tie-down - Single engine $5, multi or single engine over 6,000 lbs. $13
