- When initiating and ending service, Please select the (Tenant Owner New Account Setup Package). In Addition, please ensure that both you (the tenant) and the landlord or property manager complete and sign the form. Incomplete forms without both signatures will not be accepted.
- Email the completed form along with a copy of your lease to mmonson@ci.rio-vista.ca.us.
- Alternatively, you can mail or drop off the form, along with the lease copy, at 1 Main St, Rio Vista.
