Construction Permitting

The City of Rio Vista has adopted the following codes, which are reviewed and updated annually.
These Codes include the 2007 California code of regulations Title 24 (CCR T-24).

Fees for construction shall be as delineated in the 2007 Codes. In addition, there shall be a Strong Motion Instrumentation earthquake fee equal to $0.21/$1000 of the valuation of the construction for commercial properties, and $0.10/$1000 for residential properties, with the minimum of $0.50/permit.
