The amount of connection charge for the new facilities shall be per unit of occupancy as per Municipal Code Section 22-28 and Ordinance 573:

Residential Unit: $6610.76 per unit

Low Strength (strength factor .90) Schools Laundromats Carwashes	$ 5,950.10 x projected flow/250 gpd
High Strength (strength factor 1.60) Restaurants Bakeries Mortuaries Hotels/motels with dining facilities	$10,576.79 x projected flow/250 gpd

Industrial Unit: to be determined by City Engineer on a case-by-case basis
