Code Enforcement Prevention Program - Amnesty Program Inspection Fee-expanded review | Program fee covers 5 hours Building Inspector time based on estimated current value of work; additional inspection fees may be charged if inspections and report preparation exceed 5 hours and then they will be charged at the current Employee Billable Rate per Hour Schedule for Building Inspector; or actual cost for Contractor, whichever is applicable. Program expires July 1, 2010. Fees save home owner higher Code enforcement abatement fees/fines and increase value of residential structures for property sale and property tax purposes. | ||
