Minimum deposit to cover all staff time, plus outside consultants and legal counsel; additional funds may be required should hrs. worked exceed initial deposit. Minimum deposit balance must be maintained in developer fund to continue processing of application(s). Minimum deposit must not be less than 25% of consultant budget for Environmental consulting work.
Fee to be based on cost of staff and consultant time with administrative cost % to be set at the same rate charged for administrative overhead costs for employee billable hours adopted each fiscal year.

  Code Enforcement Prevention Program - Amnesty Program Inspection Fee-expanded review Program fee covers 5 hours Building Inspector time based on estimated current value of work; additional inspection fees may be charged if inspections and report preparation exceed 5 hours and then they will be charged at the current Employee Billable Rate per Hour Schedule for Building Inspector; or actual cost for Contractor, whichever is applicable. Program expires July 1, 2010. Fees save home owner higher Code enforcement abatement fees/fines and increase value of residential structures for property sale and property tax purposes.
